Message dated May 13 was read, stating the House passed and                                         
returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 222(FIN)                                          
with the following amendments:                                                                      
                                                                                                    
          HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                                       
          222(RLS) am H "An Act relating to certain motor                                           
          vehicles that are required to yield to following                                          
          traffic."                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House                                             
amendments.                                                                                         
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House
